All shipments go by Fedex Ground within 2 business days of payment. All items on the site are in stock in our warehouse unless otherwise stated. You will be emailed a FedEx tracking number within 2 business days of your payment. If you do not receive a tracking number, please email us at sales@sylvancompany.com.
Customer service policy. We stand behind all of our products. Defective items: It is very rare but finished products from the factory can arrive defective, or missing parts. In this case please note that we stock all spare parts, and have product engineers on staff (email) to help resolve any issues. We can replace any missing parts and send by express post free of charge. Defective items that cannot be fixed with parts will be replaced with a brand new item. All products (unless otherwise stated) have a 30-day refund policy if the item is not as described. All returns must be in the original packaging with all accessories and manuals. |
